Indications/Uses:

Atorvastatin (as Calcium)  Tablet by Ritemed is used to lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Administration:

Take orally, usually once daily, with or without food. Follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare professional.

Contraindications:

Avoid Atorvastatin if you have a known hypersensitivity to statins or any of its components. It is contraindicated in liver disease and during pregnancy or lactation.

Special Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with renal impairment or history of muscle disorders. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advised. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
