RM PARACETAMOL 120MG SYRUP by RiteMED is a pediatric medicine used for the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain. Here are the details:

Each 5 mL (one teaspoonful) of the syrup contains Paracetamol 120 mg with a lemon flavor.
Dosage for children:
1 to 5 years old: Take 5 mL to 10 mL (teaspoonful) 3 to 4 times a day.
6 to 12 years old: Take 10 mL to 20 mL (teaspoonful) 3 to 4 times a day or as prescribed by the physician1.
Please note the following:

Contraindication: Known hypersensitivity to paracetamol. Long-term use in patients with anemia or cardiac, pulmonary, renal, or hepatic disease is also contraindicated.
